Tour Guide Engineers

Engineering Director: Don Pearson
Don Pearson has 14 years' experience in the electronic tour guide industry. Prior to joining the guide industry, Don worked as a Telephone Engineer then spent seven years servicing specialist power supplies.

During the time Don has spent supplying and servicing electronic tour guides - referred to in the trade as 'wands' - he has acquired the nickname "Don the Wand". It is from this nickname that the company name "Don Wand" has evolved.

Engineer: Roger Burgess
Roger Burgess also worked as a Telephone Engineer. Roger has recently been involved in installing telecommunications on the London Underground.

Don Pearson and Roger Burgess first worked together as Tour Guide Engineers at Acoustiguide back in the 1990's. Although they went their separate ways for a time, they both remained within the tour guide industry.

Administration & Finance: Wendy Green
Wendy deals with all the company administration, project scheduling and finance. Wendy keeps in close contact with engineers and customers to ensure that projects run smoothly and deliveries are suitably timed to meet customer requirements. An Open University graduate with a Diploma in Administrative Management, Wendy likes to travel especially to places of geological interest. She has been as far north as Iceland and as far south as New Zealand.
