Don Wand will work closely with you in the very early stages of development to ensure that the electronic audio guide system we provide is just right for your environment.

We will 'walk the course' with you just as one of your visitors would, paying close attention to the design and layout of your visitor centre until we are sure that we have reached a point of shared vision with you. Additionally we will monitor visitor flow and how visitors will utilise the audio guide system.

We will help in selecting the right voices and sound and vision effects for you. We will supply samples as MPEG sound & video files, scheduling in time for you and your colleagues to reach an approved prototype.

With large audio archives, Don Wand is able to provide the exact effects required; this can include the sound for a specific cannon or the right engine note for an particular aircraft. We will employ professional foreign language voice over artists on your behalf to produce high quality commentaries.

Audio Guide Installation

When we proceed to the installation stage, we will ensure that the work is carried out with minimal disruption to your business.

After Sales Service

Post installation, we will arrange training sessions for your staff and remain in regular contact with you to ensure that your system continues to run smoothly. We can arrange a contract to replace or repair equipment in the event of loss or damage. Equipment can be returned to us by post or we can arrange for an engineer to visit as appropriate.

Should you wish to upgrade, expand or modify your tour we will consult with you on the best way to do so at your request.
